The first nose is aromatic, rich. It develops aromas of red and black fruits in alcohol, candied cherries, kirsch. After aeration, it opens with notes of undergrowth and spices (pepper and liquorice). The feedback confirms the kirsch aromas, the acidity is fresh, the tannins are supple (fine and coated, well present), the alcohol is quite generous and the mellow mellow. It is a structured wine to be enhanced. This wine is not yet at its optimum (another 2 to 3 years) but it is good to drink now.

For an elaborate meal, an occasion to celebrate. Drink now or keep for up to 6 years.
Perfect with truffled poultry, rabbit sautéed with olives, lamb, Provençal stew or even a bull gardian or simply a truffle turnover.
