Coming from the right bank of the Sèvre Nantaise, on a south/south-east facing hillside, on clayey-schist soil. Offering finesse, vivacity, volume, a balance between its iodized aromas, white flowers, citrus fruits, slightly pearly linked to maturing "on lees", it is the ideal companion for your seafood.
