rosé perlant, it is a direct pressing of hundred-year-old vines, there are 6 grape varieties in the bottle. I wanted to make a wine with very little alcohol. Its name corresponds to its degree of alcohol 10.1 degree, in the Corbières !!! Not bad, no... I make wine to have fun... I hope it will be the same...

The Wine Estate

My domain Le jardin super is located in Feuilla, Aude, in the Corbières maritimes. We are 20 km from the sea and 250 meters above sea level, in a small quiet village. I grow old vines: carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah. The geology of the plots is complex, there is limestone, schist and volcanic stone. I cultivate 1.3 hectares of vines, mainly in mass selection. I don't work in the vineyard...
