The vine at 100 years old and more. I leave it to die quietly, I don't pull it out. As a result, the yields are very low, but the juice is magnificent in its complexity. Beautiful concentration, freshness. Zero vinification input, zero sulphites, organic for 18 years.
This wine has great ageing potential, but it can be enjoyed now.
