A wine resolutely focused on fruit with its garnet red color. The first nose is marked by aromas of black fruits, blackberry, black cherry with notes of oregano, licorice and spices. We find a beautiful volume in mouth, the wood is well melted, the tannins of the grenache remain very silky. Vinification in concrete vats and truncated cone vats with a 12 month ageing in barrels, no new wood. The structure of the syrah supports the suppleness of the grenache and the sands bring a beautiful length in mouth, all in smoothness and elegance.
