The first nose is marked by aromas of black fruits, blackberries; black cherries, black olives, oregano, spices. We find a beautiful volume in the mouth, the wood is well melted, the tannins of the grenache are fine and elegant. The structure of the syrah supports the suppleness of the grenache. Vinification: Small yields of 25 hl per hectare. Parcel selection. Vinified in wooden vats. Long maceration, extraction by gentle punching down at the beginning of fermentation. Light filtration at the start. Maturing: 12 months in French oak barrels - No new wood.
