This single varietal cuvée offers an original expression of Macabeo: an intense yellow colour with a nose of citrus fruits and white fruits. The palate is surprising, combining volume and a certain tension, lining the palate with aromas of ripe fruit but without heaviness. The finish is invigorating, powerful and leaves a pleasant feeling.
"This Mia cuvée is an orange wine (vinified like a red wine) that has taken advantage of very low Macabeo yields and a very selective manual harvest to offer an original and quality result."
To be enjoyed with Mediterranean cuisine with an ideal serving temperature of between 12 and 14° C
The seafood platter is of course part of the mix with the Mia cuvée, but you can also opt for more original combinations such as prawn fritters and/or a avocado and crab salad. This cuvée will also be perfect with sweet/salty poultry, for example a turkey stuffed with apples.
