At the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise, our Bourgogne Chardonnay Château du Cray is located in the commune of Buxy and represents 3.42 hectares. The grapes are pressed directly after the harvest, then the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place at 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels. The maturation lasts about 12 months before the preparation for bottling.
