The North-South cuvées are made from a selection of north-south facing vines located on the naturally low fertility soils of the family estate in Cessenon-sur-Orb, in the South of France. In these conditions, the grapes are exposed to the gentle rays of the sun at the beginning and end of the day while being protected from the strong heat of midday.

Bouche plus légère sur des arômes d'ananas.
Nez exhubérant se fruits blancs (pêche, poire) de bonbons. Gourmand et flatteur.
