Bright ruby colour, aromas of black fruits, toasted bread. The palate is rich, with slight notes of black fruits, blackberry notes, long persistence.
The soil is mainly chalky clay. The wine is aged for 11 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new, then 2 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Silver medal at the 2017 Feminized World Wine Competition. Tasteviné at the March 2017 tastevinage.
Between 16° and 18°, can be kept up to 10 years.
