The Cuvée de Marie is an atypical wine for Languedoc because of the singularity of its grape varieties: the Chenin de la Loire joins the Colombard de Gascogne.

To like the Marie vintage, you have to like simple things. Things that are direct and immediate.
This wine is first and foremost about intense fruit. Citrus fruits, generally, grapefruit, specifically.
Then it's tension, freshness. Then finally it is a little iodine, saltiness, sapidity. Everything you need to put a little sun in your glass.
