Brilliant and limpid, of a very pale white colour, this effervescent has a very fine cord of foam and small persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and delicate, revealing notes of fresh and crispy grapes. In the mouth, the bubble is very fine and the effervescence is pleasant on the palate. There is also a nice refreshing and pleasant acidity, which brings liveliness and combines perfectly with the fruity and explosive aromas of this effervescent. Slightly oxidative note at the end of the mouth.

ZEYSSOLFF was founded in 1778 in Gertwiller, the village of Le Pain d'épices and a Mecca for Gewurztraminer and the country of Klevener de Heiligenstein. In 1997, Yvan ZEYSSOLFF took over the family business. Since then, the House has been working in integrated pest management to preserve the environment.
