Pale yellow colour with dominant light green hues (lime leaf in spring) with a beautiful brilliance. A young and lively wine. The bouquet is pleasant with a nice balance, fresh without arrogance, expressive and subtly aromatic. Sour, fruity (Granny Smith green apple, lime, kiwi) and floral (spring flower) notes.
On the palate, it is a beautiful dry Riesling, just what it takes to impose the distinguished style of the grape variety, well structured. Good hold and a touch of generosity, and a beautiful salinity. Fresh, tasty and long aftertaste. A fine example of the unity of terroir and grape variety with character such as Riesling.

Our prices decrease when the number of bottles increase
We are reducing the price of bottles from 24 bottles ordered from the same winemaker. And the more you take the more prices fall! To set the price, we look at the total number of bottles you order from a single winemaker. For example, if you order 12 bottles of 3 different wines from a winemaker, you benefit from the price for 36 bottles of the 3 vintages. Important: These decreasing prices are only available for orders delivered in France.

Excellent with fish (roasted turbot, skate with hazelnut butter, pike, smoked eel, Arctic char), shellfish, seafood and white meat (veal blanquette). It is just as admirable with sushi, marinated fish, carpaccios or goat's cheese.
