Intense black color with garnet reflections, cherry red. Mineral woody nose, on the morello cherry, with notes of garrigue. The mouth is powerful and ample and develops notes of black fruits, cocoa and cherry. The wood is well blended and brings a lot of roundness. The tannins are soft. A wine of great finesse with a long chocolate finish.

The Maury dry appellation was created in 2011 and is very interesting to discover with its grenache on schist. We have selected here our oldest grenaches to produce a powerful dry Maury, "typed Maury", powerful but very fresh.
