Rien à dire on s'est régalé ! A tester la prochaine fois à table sur des viandes ou des charcuteries. A quand le vin blanc du mas farchat ?! ;)

Si le chai est terminé à temps, le blanc du Mas Farchat arrivera dès les vendanges 2017, alors on croise les doigts!
La syrah et la grenache marche du tonnerre sur cette cuvée !!

LE grenache...
Je redoutais un peu le millésime 2011 et au final c'est une superbe découverte. En bouche la groseille, la cerise, mure... Très bonne relation qualité prix en plus!
