Mas Gabinèle - Grenache gris - Blanc - 2021

This grape variety is amazing. It doesn't choose its side: white? rosé? ingredient of red? Thierry chose the white. He was right. Grenache Gris, a beautiful and unjustly forgotten grape variety, is the revelation of the grape varieties vinified in white around the Mediterranean. It combines consistency, freshness and elegance. Its appearance is similar to that of Grenache noir, its big brother. But its more fragile berries require constant care to aerate the bunches and reach maturity.
