The colour is green gold. The fresh nose is on white flesh and exotic fruits, then brioche. On the palate, a good acidity gives it a lively attack and a lot of freshness. The roundness creates a perfect balance. It will leave you fine and long in the mouth.
Can be drunk immediately or kept for several years. Temperature between 10 and 12°C
Ideal to accompany dishes such as fish, seafood, cheese such as a Luberon goat. But also ideal for an aperitif with friends.
