Raspberry-pink colour, with tawny and mauve reflections. Occupied in the presentation by an empyreumatic reduction, the nose asks to spread it out to awaken the fond profile of a worked expression where the kirsch fruit is accompanied by bouquet, spicy, and country notes: soot, gouache and straw, arnica and rose, cherry stone, quetsche, blood orange, and cumin. The palate combines patina with vitality in a tonic presentation engaging the agressive and spicy freshness of the aromatic, the mineral definition of the grain and the dry and tight reactivity of the structure.
