Deep color, golden hue, sandy reflection. The nose reflects the profile of an expression with a patina of long maturation where the stewed fruit competes with the bouquet, spicy and balsamic notes: fresh wood, cappuccino, orange blossom, pineapple and roasted almonds, vanilla and sesame. The palate offers an energetic and tense balance combining the accomplished tonicity of the aromatics, the suave sweetness of the matter and the nervousness communicated by the mineral framework.

An exceptional range of our Savoy wines matured in oak barrels. 9 months of maturation are necessary for the reds against 10 months for the whites, giving them an exquisite aromatic complexity and a delicious roundness.
