The first nose is reductive and sanguine, then, once decanted, it reveals the voluble nature of an agressive expression where the concentrated fruit blends with smoky, spicy, and country notes: onion, carnation, blueberry and quetsche, berry, paprika, and tobacco. The palate combines the tonic rusticity of the spicy and tasty aromas with the velvety density of the substance that coats the mineral dryness and the solidity of the structure.
