The color is pale yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, the wine expresses itself with intense aromas of orange peel, citrus zest (lemon/grapefruit) and fresh pear. The attack on the palate, full and structured, is supported by a light pearling and a mineral and saline tension bringing freshness and a remarkable balance. The finish reveals subtle notes of milk caramel, offering a nice length and a sensation of greediness.
