The nose is very expressive, with fresh notes of wild fruits, blackcurrant and liquorice. The spices take over. Everything is played out in the mouth, with a fine and firm tannic structure coated by a velvety texture that is both rich and airy. The whole package is bulky and takes you out to sea.

In its youth, prefer meat with a fine and tasty texture (lamb, roe deer) or duck breasts with morello cherries. With age, it will probably go well with more mature or macerated meats (wild boar, beef).
