The color is dense, deep, a sparkling ruby red with purple and violet highlights. The luminosity and intensity of these color nuances mark the rooting of the Syrah and Grenache noir vines in the clay and limestone soils of the Saint-Chinian appellation. The nose is generous, full-bodied and develops aromas of small black fruits, ripe red fruits, vegetal notes (eucalyptus, mint) and sweet spices. The ageing in barrels expresses itself delicately with toasted notes and oak essences. After a few moments of aeration in the glass, this red wine expresses all its complexity and finesse. The attack in mouth is fresh, lively and fleshy. The wine extends its aromas in the mouth by frank tastes of blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry supported by a full and unctuous volume. The thirst-quenching and refreshing finish offers a tasty, elegant, supple red wine with present and refined tannins.
