Pale yellow colour with golden highlights. Expressive nose with notes of vanilla revealing the elegance of the wood. The mouth is frank, clean, with a beautiful aromatic complexity in the finish. Ideal and original as an aperitif or with a warm goat cheese puff pastry with honey.
