Syrah grapes, ripe, harvested by hand, in boxes. Direct pressing, settling at 9° for 48 hours, indigenous yeasts, vinification and ageing on lees, without added sulphites. Spontaneous MLF, light filtration at bottling.
Gastronomic rosé. To be enjoyed at around 9-10°.
