With a pale pink to salmon colour, this Coteaux du Giennois rosé opens with a delicate nose combining small red fruits and English candy. The palate is divided between the suppleness and refreshing vivacity of Pinot Noir. A spicy touch is combined with a bouquet of red fruits.
Serve between 8 and 10°C.
To be drunk now, it can be kept for 2 to 3 years.
With grilled meats, delicatessen, as well as exotic cuisines. A rosé, to be enjoyed with friends or simply by the pool.
