Pale gold, translucent on the sides with silvery and crystalline reflections. The nose is fine, with floral, fruity, pear, peach, citrus, honeyed and mentholated notes on the finish. Supple and fruity on the attack, almost honeyed to finish on fresh and acidulous notes.

The Wine Estate

In the 1980s, Jean-Marie settled in Sainte-Gemme-en-Sancerrois, his wife's village where they built the Domaine des Clairneaux together. In 1998, they took over the Domaine de Montbenoit, in the Coteaux du Giennois, a vineyard that his father had worked for many years.
