At first sight, on the nose we have black licorice tinged with grainy fruits. The mouth is round, the attack is supple with raspberry and crispy wild strawberries; very harmonious and concentrated. The finish is caressing.

The Clos des Quatre Vents is our eponymous wine. It comes from a plot of old vines dominating the hillside of the Margaux appellation. This parcel enjoys an ideal exposure to the four winds which gives the wine a very nice freshness. This Margaux is a blend between the greediness of merlot married to the elegance and finesse of cabernet.
