This pressed Bordeaux rosé shines with its rose petal colour and some Litchi reflections. With agitation, the aromatic nose gives gourmet scents of English candy and cherry. In the mouth, the fresh attack brings pep to the fruit and the sweetness at the end of the tasting lengthens the pleasure of this delicacy.
As soon as the harvest is completed, the grapes are pressed directly. The very little coloured juice will then ferment slowly at low temperature between 15 and 17 degrees.
Immediate consumption and up to 2 years.
Best served with your aperitifs, ideal in summer as an accompaniment to salads, and other summer meals.
