bon petit vin de soif - mais on attend un peu plus de présence, de retour en bouche, de personnalité d'un cahors 2014- fait partie de ces vins dont on dit "c'est pas mauvais" , mais c'est vrai qu'il n'est pas cher- Benoît Sion

Vous êtes un connaisseur en vin de Cahors et j'en suis ravi. Le vin que vous commentez est produit sur un terroir ferrugineux à dominante sablonneuse avec une faible proportion d'argile. De ce fait, l'aspect minéral est plus présent que la structure tannique. il est destiné à être consommé dans sa jeunesse sur des grillades, des viandes blanches. Pour un vin plus consistant, vous pouvez tester le CHATEAU de CENAC. Grande Réserve, le CHATEAU DU PORT. Grande Réserve. Salutations vigneronnes.
