A charming nose with honeyed notes with accents of acacia flower and a mouth with aromas of citrus fruit and fennel on a round and silky material. Its fresh and smooth flesh on a barely perceptible maturing gives this wine a beautiful balance.
This second wine of Villa Baulieu is close to its elder but with its own character.
Serve at a temperature of 9°C - throughout a meal or as an aperitif.
This wine can be kept for 4 to 5 years.
Accompanies a monkfish roast, sliced poultry or goat's cheese ravioli, and is perfect with a lemon tart.
