The nose is expressive and complex. We discover notes of spices and pepper. In the mouth, we find notes of spices but also ripe fruit, fig and cocoa. A beautiful tannic structure, in finesse.

The word of the Winemaker, Famille Combe :

A wine with character and absolute complexity. The fifty-year-old vines are located at an altitude of 400 m on the site known as "Les Hautes-Briguières" in Mormoiron. All the grapes are harvested by hand and late in the season, which results in rich and intense wines.
