The nose is expressive and complex. We discover notes of spices and pepper. In the mouth, we find notes of spices but also ripe fruit, fig and cocoa. A beautiful tannic structure, in finesse.

The word of the Winemaker, :

A masculine wine of absolute complexity. The old vines, which are in their fifties, are located at an altitude of 400 m in the area known as "Les Hautes-Briguières" in Mormoiron. All the harvesting is done manually and late, which gives rich and intense wines.

The Wine Estate

Florentine and Albin Combe, already winegrowers on the appellations Gigondas and Vacqueyras at Domaine de la Fourmone, have taken over Vindemio, formerly operated by Jean Marot, well known in the Ventoux appellation for its gourmet and generous wines
