A feminine belly and of exceptional finesse. Sonate comes from the oldest parcels of the vineyard, in the commune of Mormoiron.
From now on, and to be kept for up to 4 years. Serve between 14 and 16°C
For a nice taste balance, we will serve it with a bluefin tuna steak with red berry sauce and to finish with aged goat cheese.
