Selected from among the most beautiful parcels of the estate, the terroirs are high altitude Schistes which culminate at 350m. The high-altitude terroirs are those whose nocturnal freshness allows a gentle maturation and the most elegant expression of the aromas.
Manual harvesting and sorting. Vatting period of 35 to 40 days, with the greatest possible sweetness in extractions. Fermentation in French oak barrels.
