Château EDMUS - château edmus - Rouge - 2014

Sunny first fortnight of June, mid-June; for an early harvest. This was without counting on a slowdown in the vegetative cycle due to a moderately sunny summer. The weather was fine, even very fine, throughout September and early October, allowing us to reach a good level of maturity. The result is a wine of medium strength with supple tannins and a beautiful aromatic expression.

The word of the Winemaker, :

A dense, tight, precise wine, with well-melted tannins, from the bottom and a beautiful length.

Un saint emilion très précis avec de jolies notes de vanille et de sous-bois. Je le recommande à table sur des mets raffinés.
