The nose is complex with white flowers, exotic fruits and spices (saffron). On the palate, one can detect a nice balance between freshness, tension and a nice roundness; aromatic intensity with flower and spice aromas and a nice minerality.
The word of the Winemaker, :
At Château Pesquié, the Chaudière family has always known that the Ventoux, thanks to its cool microclimate and its limestone soils poor in altitude, was a terroir for great white wines. It was to demonstrate this that they created the Quintessence blanc.

Une robe doré, limpide, tranquille, brillant. Un nez intensif, nuancé, avec les arômes fumés, grillés, fruité et beurré. Une bouche fraîche, fondue, généreux. Très idéals pour accompagner avec le poisson en four!
Une robe jaune dorée, limpide, tranquille, brillant. Une richesse au nez, des fruits blancs, pêche, poire, un peu d'ananas, vanille, pains grillés. L'attaque est fraîche, ronde, gras, généreux, beaucoup de finesse fin de bouche.
Jaune d'oré clair, limpide , brillant, tranquille , au nez vanille , boisé , fruits jaunes macérés , attaque fraîche, fondue en bouche , en bouche il y a aussi les arômes de fruits jaunes et vanille, pour équilibre , je le qualifierais ample avec belle fraîcheur
