The Sauvignon Blanc has a limpid color, a very typical nose with notes of citrus and boxwood. The mouth is expressive and very aromatic with a nice freshness until the finish. The 2015 vintage was superb, our Sauvignon Blanc had great results in competitions: Silver Medal at the Concours Agricole, Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins du Sud Ouest, Bronze Medal at the Concours des Vignerons Indépendants, Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins de Gaillac, and now selected by the Wine Enthusiast for the French Fries Contest in New York! Yeahhh

Sauvignon Blanc is my favorite grape variety. One day I will do a world tour of sauvignons, starting in New Zealand, and sauvignons with asparagus notes!
