A deep garnet colour. On the nose we find aromas of ripe fruit with a light woody and spicy notes. The palate will be harmonious, full and generous. The finish will have a nice persistence.
A harmonious wine
It will go very well with red meats, meats in sauce, duck breasts and cheeses.
It is a round and fleshy wine that needs to be aerated an hour before tasting. A harmonious wine to taste now, it can also be left in the cellar for a while (with a maximum of 7 to 10 years). Serve between 16 and 18°C.
