A deep garnet colour. A nose with aromas of ripe fruit and a light spicy woody note. In the mouth full and harmonious, generous and persistent.

It is a round and fleshy wine that needs to be aerated an hour before tasting.
Serve between 16 and 18°C.
It will go very well with red meats, meats in sauce, duck breasts and cheeses. To be enjoyed with a parmentier of pumpkin with duck confit or on a rack of lamb with forgotten vegetables
