Bright ruby colour with luminous reflections, purple The nose is gourmet, basket of small red summer fruits, cherry, raspberry, some liquorice notes. The palate is joyful, gouleyante, round, with black cherry flesh. Very fine-grained tannins. Serve chilled.

The Wine Estate

Organic wine estate around an old restored Catalan farmhouse, Mas Baux is located on a superb terroir: a quaternary terrace between Perpignan and Canet-en-Roussillon, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean on a site several thousand years old on the edge of the ancient Via Domitia, a Roman road that linked Italy to the Iberian peninsula by crossing Gaul. The grape varieties allow us to offer organic wines, produced with low yields.
