An intense garnet colour intoxicates us with a flattering bouquet combining ripe red fruits (cherry, wild strawberry) and gingerbread. A supple and round attack ends on a long finish of fine tannins. A pleasant wine to drink now and promises a nice ageing potential.
A sympathetic cuvée full of fruit with present but unctuous tannins. Little sister of Château Clos du Loup.
To be enjoyed now or kept for 2 to 3 years. Serve between 14 and 15°C.
With a plate of cold cuts between friends, a roasted chicken or red meat.

Le merlot est bien travaillé, le poivre passe la main à des notes mentholées.
Joli nez. Un beau rapport qualité prix.
De jolis arômes de cassis, un vin bien concentré
