This 2023 "A la Source Blanc" vintage is a bold blend of Vermentino, Verdejo, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and Bourboulenc, all grown on the unique terroir of Cairanne. The grapes, from young vines, undergo meticulous vinification with pre-fermentation maceration in a cold room, followed by seven months of aging in concrete tanks. This natural, additive-free method results in a wine with a distinctive character and preserved freshness.
