2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all product sales made through the Website Les Grappes, as part of a direct-to-consumer approach committed to promote winemakers and their expertise.
Any order placed on the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
Les Grappes offers a selection of wines from passionate winemakers, chosen for the quality of their work, their authenticity, and their commitment to preserving the terroir.
Each product description highlights the wine’s key characteristics. Natural variations (vintage, aging, appearance) may occur and contribute to the product’s unique identity.
In accordance with the law, the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited to minors under the age of 18. By placing an order, the customer certifies that they are of legal age.
4. Price
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes, excluding shipping costs.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, provided that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and confirms their order after reviewing it.
The order becomes final after:
- Checkout Confirm shopping cart,
- Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions,
- Payment full payment of the price.
An confirmation confirmation email is sent to the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Bank transfer
Transactions are secured through a payment system that complies with current standards.
7. Delivery
Products are sold direct sale, without a middleman, to the delivery address specified by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery areas: Mainland France and European Union countries available at the time of purchase.
In some countries, an additional fee may be required to cover customs clearance.
Estimated timeframes: 2 to 4 business days in mainland France (mainland), 3 to 7 business days within the European Union.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. The seller shall not be held liable for any delays. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the products to the customer or to the recipient specified in the order.
Reservations upon Delivery : The customer is required to verify the contents and products upon delivery. In the event of non-conformity, the customer must note the reservations on the delivery slip or refuse the delivery. If the delivery is accepted without reservation, no claim may be made against the seller.
Breakage, damage, or defective product:Customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt of the order. In the event of breakage, damage, missing items, or non-conformity, the Customer has period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt to notify Les Grappes.
All complaints must be submitted in writing:

The claim must be accompanied by photographs of the package and the products in question (outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged products), so that the nature of the damage can be determined.
Unless a claim is filed within the specified time frame and accompanied by the required documentation, no request for replacement or refund will be considered.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We do not accept products that have been opened, damaged, or personalized.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is attributable to the seller.
9. Refund
In the event of a valid cancellation, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used when placing the order.
10. Liability
10.1. Liability of Les Grappes
Les Grappes is committed to selling products that comply with current regulations and its values of quality, transparency, and support for winemakers.
The seller shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper storage or consumption of the products after delivery.
In any event, the seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Les Grappes shall not be held liable for the total or partial failure to perform its obligations when such failure results from a force majeure event, as defined by French law and case law.
The following, among others, are considered cases of force majeure, though this list is not exhaustive: armed conflicts, riots, insurrections, labor disputes or strikes, lockouts, shortages, fires, natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, exceptional weather conditions, floods), technical breakdowns or failures, pandemics, epidemics, states of emergency, terrorist attacks, or more generally any unforeseeable, unavoidable, and external event preventing the proper performance of contractual obligations.
If the force majeure situation continues for a continuous period exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of its occurrence, either Party may terminate all or part of the contract, subject to 15 (fifteen) days, given by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
No compensation or damages may be claimed in this regard.
10.2. Liability of the Visitor, the Customer, and/or the Beneficiary
The Customer is solely responsible for the information provided when placing an order, including information regarding identity, delivery address, and, where applicable, the recipient of the order. The Customer warrants that the recipient is a natural person of legal age, in accordance with the regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages. The responsibility of Les Grappes cannot be held liable in this regard.
The Customer warrants that the information provided when creating an account and placing an order (including mailing address, email address, and contact information) is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to promptly report any changes to their information via their personal account or by contacting customer service. Failure to do so, Les Grappes cannot be held liable for the inability to fulfill all or part of the order.
The Customer is solely responsible for safeguarding and using the login credentials for their personal account. Any use of the account made using these credentials is deemed to have been carried out by the Customer.
In the event of loss, theft, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of their login credentials or personal account, the Customer agrees to notify Les Grappes as soon as possible by email at the following address: contact@lesgrappes.com.
Les Grappes shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from a late report or negligence in protecting login credentials Les Grappes.
11. Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders.

12. Intellectual Property
12.1. Trademarks
Trademarks, corporate names, trade names, and logos “Les Grappes” are protected and, where applicable, registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
Any reproduction, display, or use, in whole or in part, of the trademarks and/or logo Les Grappestrademarks and/or logo, without the prior written authorization of the company Les Grappesis strictly prohibited.
12.2. Website Content
All content present on or made available through the Site, including, but not limited to, text, descriptions, data, information, visuals, illustrations, photographs, videos, logos, graphic guidelines, infographics, trademarks, software, and databases, as well as the structure, architecture, and layout of the Site, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights in France and internationally.
These elements are the exclusive property of Les Grappes or its partners, including winemakers, whose expertise, images, and content are showcased in accordance with their rights.
12.3. No Assignment of Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights to Visitors or Customers.
Consequently, any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation, extraction, reuse, distribution, publication, or commercial or non-commercial use, in whole or in part, of all or any part of the Site or its content, on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Les Grappes.
Any disassembly, decompilation, automated data extraction, or any other attempt to appropriate the content is also prohibited.
12.4. Use of audiovisual content
Access to any audiovisual content made available on the Site or through your personal account is strictly limited to private and personal use.
Any use for commercial, promotional, or public purposes is prohibited.
12.5. Penalties
Failure to comply with the provisions of this article may result in civil and criminal liability for the perpetrator, in particular on the grounds of trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or infringement of the rights of Les Grappes.
13. Governing Law – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Otherwise, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
