Domaine Bonnardot is a family wine estate deeply rooted in the Burgundian terroir, with a history dating back to 1470. Currently managed by Ludovic and Émilien Bonnardot, the estate perpetuates the winemaking tradition with passion and respect, carefully cultivating plots located in Côte de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Beaune.

In their vineyards, work is carried out with a demanding approach that values soil life and biodiversity: tillage, composting, manual harvesting, and limited interventions are central to their practice. The objective is simple yet ambitious: to faithfully express each terroir in the wine, without compromise.

The winemaking process is carried out without the addition of sulfur or oenological additives. Fermentation occurs naturally, resulting in wines that are both natural and distinctive, blending precision, finesse, and regional character. Both red and white wines are aged in oak barrels, lending structure, depth, and elegance to every bottle.

The estate’s portfolio reflects the diversity of Burgundy’s appellations: from classic Burgundies to Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, including iconic terroirs such as Santenay, Pommard, and Puligny-Montrachet. Each wine is an invitation to discover the richness and complexity of Burgundy.

In short, Domaine Bonnardot embodies authentic winemaking that respects nature and is deeply rooted in its terroir, making it ideal for wine lovers seeking authentic wines steeped in history.
