Schedule a delivery
Depending on the carrier you choose, the delivery area, and the type of shipment, delivery may require a prior appointment. These terms vary to ensure that your package is delivered under the best possible conditions.
1. Select an appointment when placing your order
For deliveries via courier, customers must select a delivery time slot directly when placing their order, at the checkout stage.
The available time slots are 3-hour slots, from the options listed (8:00–11:00, 11:00–14:00, 14:00–17:00, 17:00–20:00)
The order cannot be processed or shipped until the delivery time slot has been selected and confirmed by the customer.
This delivery method ensures that your package is delivered within a specific time window, particularly for large items or deliveries that require someone to be present.
2. Appointment scheduled by the carrier
For certain deliveries handled by specialized logistics carriers such as KN or Becker, the scheduling of delivery appointments is managed directly by the carrier.
In that case
- The carrier contacts the customer in advance by phone
- A delivery time slot is arranged directly with the customer
- The order will be shipped once the delivery date has been confirmed
No action is required on the customer's part when placing an order, other than providing a valid phone number.
3. Delivery without an appointment
If the delivery does not require a prior appointment, it is automatically scheduled after shipment, within the timeframe specified at the time of order.
In this case, the merchandise will be delivered to the address provided without prior contact, except in cases where access is restricted or the recipient is not present.
Storage Conditions and Preparation
The bottles are stored in a warehouse under optimal temperature-controlled conditions suitable for wine. Ordered bottles are protected by shock-resistant packaging specially designed for transporting wine and are handled with particular care at every stage of preparation and shipping. You will receive an email notifying you when your package(s) have been shipped.
If no appointment is required for delivery, it will be made immediately after shipment, within the timeframe specified at the time of ordering.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right to cancel. Products must be returned unopened, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
