The vines, aged between 30 and 60 years, thrive in silty and marl-limestone soils, contributing to its beautiful complexity. Vinification takes place in oak barrels and enamelled tanks, with partial malolactic fermentation. After 10 years of aging on the lees, this wine displays a refined structure, with an extra-brut dosage of 4 g/l.
