Extra-Brut Rosé Champagne

Champagne | Pink | NM

This blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay is the result of meticulous winemaking that combines tradition and modernity. Gentle and rapid pressing limits oxidation, thus reducing the need for sulfites. Fermentation occurs naturally, followed by aging on fine lees to enhance aromatic complexity. Minimal dosage at disgorgement allows this wine to preserve the purity of aromas from its unique clay-limestone terroir.

Our opinion on the vintage

This wine immediately captivates with its subtle balance between opulence and finesse. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit mingle delicately with floral and brioche nuances. On the palate, the texture is silky and the bubbles perfectly integrated, delivering a sensation of refined freshness. The precision of the Pinot Noir harmonizes with the elegance of the Chardonnay, offering a persistent and mineral finish. Each sip reveals a masterful complexity that leaves an impression of purity and harmony. A champagne to be appreciated as much for its aromas as for the sensory experience it provides.

Anecdotes from the Estate: The Estate's History. The estate, a former abbey dating back to 1831, includes the tasting room where we are delighted to welcome our guests, and the cellar where our wines slowly age. Everything is done by hand: the wines are stored without air conditioning thanks to the thickness of the chalk walls, and riddling and disgorging are still carried out manually. The Estate's Pride: In Champagne since 1961, three generations of winemakers have succeeded one another on the family estate: Jean, the founder; Jean-Louis, his son; and finally, Damien and Florence. Respecting Champagne traditions, they tend this 4-hectare Premier Cru vineyard in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The careful distribution of the three Champagne grape varieties across our estate allows for a refined and delicate blend of wines. All of our plots benefit from favorable exposure and terroir in the heart of the Montagne
