This wine is the result of a harmonious blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, benefiting from meticulous winemaking. After direct pressing, it is fermented in barrels and aged on its lees for seven months with bâtonnage (lees stirring). Its texture and structure combine richness and freshness, revealing delightful aromas of red fruit and forest floor. An elegant wine that pairs perfectly with dishes such as anchovy dip, salmon, or shrimp salad.

Anecdotes from the Estate: Our greatest pride today is being able to manage our 35 hectares, produce fine, low-alcohol wines to maintain balance, and pay all our employees a decent wage each month. A Little History of the Estate: Some remember Léon Parcé as the co-founder and CEO of SAGEM, while others recall a quiet man, passionate about painting and photography. In Banyuls, for the older residents, he remains the man who was born and raised at Puig del Mas. While his responsibilities within his company kept him away from Banyuls, his peasant roots kept him apart from Parisian social life. In 1978, he bequeathed to us the family vineyard he had lovingly tended. The pride of the estate, a true jewel of Roussillon, Domaine de la Rectorie was established in 1984.
