Each grape variety—Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Abouriou, and Cabernet Sauvignon—is carefully vinified separately in open concrete vats, ensuring gentle extraction and controlled maceration. After two years in oak barrels and then in the bottle, the balance between freshness and complex structure is revealed. Certified organic, it reflects artisanal expertise and respect for nature.

On the nose, this wine reveals fleshy aromas of ripe red fruit, accompanied by spicy notes imparted by 24 months of barrel aging.
