This wine is the fruit of the expertise of Le Pressoir Ambulant and highlights the potential of lesser-known Aveyron terroirs. Grown at an altitude of 350 meters, the Gamay, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes give rise to a cuvée with a fruity character. Vinified and aged in tanks, this wine benefits from a limited addition of sulfites for an authentic expression. The meticulous method preserves fresh and generous aromas, while offering a beautiful density on the palate.

Les Vignes Oubliées is a wine project whose name evokes ancient or forgotten plots of land, brought back to life to produce wines that reflect the history and diversity of the soils cultivated.
